KAIA is a Square One building of eight apartments over three floors in Germasogeia, Limassol, about 500 metres from Dasoudi Beach, with penthouse roof gardens. We produced the exterior and interior visualisation, including the rooftop.
Photoreal 3D architectural rendering and CGI: exteriors, interiors, aerials and animated flythroughs for planning, marketing and investor decks.
Art Direction
Art direction for property and hospitality imagery: the views, light, styling and mood of every image, so a whole set reads as one from the first render to the launch.
Design
Brand identities and print for developments and hotels: logos, type, brochures, sales suite and hoarding design.
