OLEA is Space 3's gated residential complex in Moni, Limassol, designed by Arch2, with low-rise apartment buildings, a large communal pool, gym and gardens. For Space 3 we produced the exterior, interior and aerial visualisation, including views across the surrounding countryside.
Photoreal 3D architectural rendering and CGI: exteriors, interiors, aerials and animated flythroughs for planning, marketing and investor decks.
Art Direction
Art direction for property and hospitality imagery: the views, light, styling and mood of every image, so a whole set reads as one from the first render to the launch.
Design
Brand identities and print for developments and hotels: logos, type, brochures, sales suite and hoarding design.
Web
Websites and launch pages for developments and hotels, built around the renders, with enquiries going straight to the sales team.
