Andriani Residence is an apartment building by Nicos Christou Developments in Agios Nektarios, Limassol, with timber detailing and planted balconies. We produced the exterior and interior visualisation, including the living spaces and a bedroom.
Photoreal 3D architectural rendering and CGI: exteriors, interiors, aerials and animated flythroughs for planning, marketing and investor decks.
Art Direction
Art direction for property and hospitality imagery: the views, light, styling and mood of every image, so a whole set reads as one from the first render to the launch.
Design
Brand identities and print for developments and hotels: logos, type, brochures, sales suite and hoarding design.
Web
Websites and launch pages for developments and hotels, built around the renders, with enquiries going straight to the sales team.
