A residential building by Arch2 with white fins, curved concrete balconies and planted edges. We produced the exterior visualisation and an interior of the top-floor living space, where a spiral stair rises to a roof terrace with sea views.
Photoreal 3D architectural rendering and CGI: exteriors, interiors, aerials and animated flythroughs for planning, marketing and investor decks.
Art Direction
Art direction for property and hospitality imagery: the views, light, styling and mood of every image, so a whole set reads as one from the first render to the launch.
Design
Brand identities and print for developments and hotels: logos, type, brochures, sales suite and hoarding design.
Web
Websites and launch pages for developments and hotels, built around the renders, with enquiries going straight to the sales team.
