A compact apartment building by Arch2 with stone-clad side walls and deep balconies planted with trees and climbers. We produced the exterior visualisation and an interior view of a top-floor living space opening onto its terrace.
Photoreal 3D architectural rendering and CGI: exteriors, interiors, aerials and animated flythroughs for planning, marketing and investor decks.
Art Direction
Art direction for property and hospitality imagery: the views, light, styling and mood of every image, so a whole set reads as one from the first render to the launch.
Design
Brand identities and print for developments and hotels: logos, type, brochures, sales suite and hoarding design.
Web
Websites and launch pages for developments and hotels, built around the renders, with enquiries going straight to the sales team.
